The current conditions, as well as the current Spanish legislation, govern the sales contracting between\u00a0 Aurelio del Castillo L\u00f3lez C.B. and the buyers who accessed the e-commerce www.aovegreensublim.com<\/span><\/p>\n

Aove Green Sublim informs on this web page about the characteristics and prices expressed in \u20ac of the products. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n

If the purchase is less than \u20ac 100.<\/span><\/p>\n

If it is a shipment outside the Iberian Peninsula.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aove Green Sublim reserves the right to remove products from the web page without prior notice due to stock limitations (our olive oils are limited and stocks are likely to be sold out before the arrival of the new harvest).<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to purchase the product, the purchaser must register on our website, be over 18 years old and have their full ability to consent<\/span><\/p>\n

ORDER CONFIRMATION<\/span><\/p>\n

When registering and proceeding with the purchase, Aovegreensublim will send an order confirmation that will be the reference for the tracking or return. It will be sent to the email account specified by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment is made through the bank gateway. It is a pre-shipment requirement and two option are considered:<\/span><\/p>\n

Credit or debit card \/ bank transfer<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SHIPPING POLICY<\/span><\/p>\n

Products will be delivered within 3 days for shipments in the Spanish territory and 7 days for shipments within the EU. We do not contemplate shipments outside the EU (for fiscal criteria as well as for movement of goods and costs).<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/span><\/p>\n

The client will have 14 calendar days to demand the return from the date of delivery and without the need to explain any cause. The refund (which will be identical to what the customer paid,non\u00a0 including shipping costs if any), will take place within 14 days of the claim and will be handled without any charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case that the product has suffered any damage, we undertake to remove it (since it is an order that includes several bottles, we will attend to the client\u00b4s indications about the extend of the damage) and to replace it in the shortest period of time without any cost to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The guarantee can not be extended indefinitely in time, as it is a perishable product that can be seriously affected by the storage conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND FEES<\/span><\/p>\n

If the purchase is made by private customers in Spain, or within the EU territory the payment of the olive oil VAT will be the one of the country of origin (Spain). Spanish companies also have to paid VAT. Companies of the EU would be exempt from paying VAT (suspended).
